Leading the Way in Affordable Housing: Bear Development’s Motion to Madison

Bear Development, as one of the three finalists, has outlined a detailed proposal for the redevelopment of the former transit transfer point in South Madison. Their proposal, aiming to develop between 400 and 600 housing units, highlights Bear Development’s experience in creating large-scale affordable housing projects, like Milwaukee’s largest affordable housing development. Alongside Greenprint Partners as a co-developer, Bear Development is prepared to take an ownership role in later project phases, emphasizing their commitment to sustainable and inclusive urban growth.
