Transformative Housing Development to Enrich Milwaukee’s Landscape

Bear Development is utilizing substantial federal support to advance the Filer & Stowell site redevelopment in Milwaukee’s Bay View area, The Corliss.
The project is bolstered by $3.5 million from the U.S. EPA, funneling through the city’s Redevelopment Authority. This initiative not only aims to clean up a historic brownfield site but also to introduce 576 affordable housing units, enhancing local infrastructure and living conditions, aligning with Bear Development’s mission to foster accessible and sustainable urban living spaces.
