Kenosha’s Sun Plaza to Undergo Significant Renovation

Sun Plaza, a mixed-use development in Kenosha, is poised for a facelift and expansion. Kenosha County Human Services and Bear Development have proposed the addition of a 79,757-square-foot space to the center, which hosts retailers like Citi Trends and Dollar General. Bear Development has contracted Partners in Design for the architectural planning. The plan received preliminary approval, and a formal public hearing will take place on February 16.
