New Affordable Apartments Begin Construction at Iron District

After securing construction financing, we are ready to break ground on the first phase of Iron District’s Michigan Street Commons apartments.
Our own S.R. Mills explained to reporters that a number of the apartments in the complex will rent at below-market rates and are designed to serve residents with incomes ranging from 80% up to 50% of the area’s median income level.
