$180M Milwaukee Residential Project Begins

In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a major residential project valued at $180 million has kicked off construction. The development, overseen by Construction Management Associates and designed by Engberg Anderson Inc., includes six 4-story buildings totaling 700,000 sq ft. Along with community rooms and fitness centers, a public path linking Becher Street and Lincoln Avenue will be established, extending the neighboring KK River Trail.
