Bear Development has submitted plans for Willow Creek, a nearly 100-unit residential project in Somers on 41 acres of undeveloped land. The project will include 33 single-family homes and 64 duplex units, offering a diverse mix of housing options for the village. In its application, Bear Development emphasized the importance of adding “much needed” housing to Kenosha County, where job growth has outpaced housing availability in recent years.
