Kenosha Hotel Property Changes Ownership
The Candlewood Suites Kenosha–Pleasant Prairie hotel at 10200 74th St. has been sold for nearly $10.2 million. The three-story, 90-room extended-stay hotel was built in 2008 and was sold by affiliates of Bear Development to HRK CW Kenosha LLC. The hotel operates under the Candlewood Suites brand, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts.
