Bear Development Advances Two Downtown MKE Projects

Bear Development has two mixed-use redevelopment projects underway in the Downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. The first is the Michigan St. Commons, a new-construction affordable housing project that is part of the main Iron District MKE development. The second is the purchase of the downtown Milwaukee block of Johnson Control’s buildings. Both projects are expected to effectively enhance the vitality of such an attractive location.
