Bear Development’s Willow Creek Project Gains Village Approval
Bear Development’s proposed 97-unit Willow Creek neighborhood in the Village of Somers received a positive reception during the recent Plan Commission meeting.
The project, featuring 33 single-family lots and 32 duplexes on approximately 40 acres, promises to be a significant addition to the community.
